Many of our students receive a vocational assessment to determine job compatibility, physical skills, and psychological abilities

Interpreting Services for your HR department
A free service provided for our deaf and hard-of-hearing students during the interview, on the-job training, employee meetings, evaluations, and as a mediator for your HR department.

On-going job support
We teach our students the required job duties to YOUR - the employer's satisfaction. Should problems arise during employment, we come in to retrain and provide further assistance. This support is during the probationary period, but can extend as needed.

Weekly Evaluations
Our staff will meet with the student and the immediate supervisor to make sure there is mutual job satisfaction. During this process, we identify task and communication problems and solve them quickly.
